Terms:  Customer acknowledges that this order shall become a binding contract for the purchase of the entire quantity described herein when signed by the Customer or when the Customer receives and/or retains this order contract for ten (10) days without making a written objection.  This order is an open offer to buy and is not subject to cancellation.  Merchandise cannot be returned without prior written approval from BigHorn Design.

The Customer agrees to pay for this order in accordance with the stated terms and to pay a FINANCE CHARGE OF 1 1/2% PER MONTH OR 18% PER ANNUM on any amounts due BigHorn Design if such amounts are not paid when due until such amounts are paid in full.  Customer further agrees to pay any and all costs of collection due to Customer's failure to pay in accordance with the terms of BigHorn Design's invoice(s) including but not limited to any costs incurred by BigHorn Design, service of process fees, costs of suit, and reasonable attorney's fees regardless of whether any attorney retained by BigHorn Design commences suit.

In the event of any civil action, Customer consents to venue and jurisdiction in any court in either Sheridan, Wyoming, or Sheridan County, Wyoming.   In consideration of BigHorn Design selling to the Customer, the above signed individual unconditionally personally guarantees to BigHorn Design prompt payment in full, when due, of all obligations under the terms of sale.  The above signed individual waves notice of acceptance hereof and all other notices or demands of any kind to which they may be entitled.  This is a continuing guarantee and shall not be discharged or affected by the insolvency of the "Bill To" Customer named in this order or by the death of the above signed individual and shall bind all heirs, administrators, representatives, successors, and assignees.

All art, screens, logos, disks, and other materials produced by BigHorn Design in the completion of this order remain in the copyrighted property of BigHorn Design.  All artwork, embroidery or screenprinting we produce with or without the copyright symbol © is fully protected under Federal Copyright Laws and BigHorn Design will pursue any infringement on its products or designs including derivative works, as well as deletions of its service marks, trademarks, copyright marks or any other identifying information from it's designs or products.
