Ordering

As a custom embroiderer, Bighorn Design™ can produce orders from
1 item to thousands. Of course with all the steps to be completed in a
custom order, ordering just one item can become prohibitive.
However, once your logo or artwork has been approved and converted to stitches,
it can generally be enlarged or reduced up to 25% to be used on other garments.
A cap design could be used on a cap first and then reused on a sweatshirt,
jacket, poloshirt, windshirt, etc., in the pocket position.

Further, you could use the cap design on golf towels, hiking packs, briefcases,
fleece blankets or nearly any promotional item you wish.

We do have quantity requirements on all embroidery orders and a representative
will discuss these with you when you call to place your order, or when we
email you concerning your web order.

Payment for services is made when services begin.
In other words, if we are required to revise your art or logo or produce
new art or a logo for you, we will estimate the cost for that service
based on your description.
When the amount has been deposited for the described work, we will begin.

If your requirements demand that we spend more time than at first
anticipated, we will email you with additional charges. Rest assured,
our goal is to serve you and please you, however, over the years we have
encountered projects where the customer has given us directions and then
changed them...and a “one-size fits all” approach to pricing is not possible.

Similarly, when artwork has been approved in writing and we have estimated the
digitizing and production of your embroidery and you have chosen garments,
we will call you or email you with our “bid” price for the production of
your garments and, if accepted, you will be asked for a deposit on
your order. When the deposit is received we will order garments, digitize your
artwork or logo and email you a “stitchout” for written approval, and
schedule your production. When we have written (email) approval
on your design stitchout, garments are on-site and we
are ready to begin embroidery, you will be asked to deposit the
remainder of the bid price. When the deposit is received, we
will begin embroidering your garments.

Normal completion times range around two weeks from concept to completion
in most instances. Larger quantities may require more time and your
representative will give you a projected completion date.
When your order is complete you will be emailed with the shipment date.
Your garments will be shipped per your instructions or by UPS, our daily carrier.
